Return Deadline
We accept returns within 15 calendar days of the date of receipt of the product.

Return Conditions
For the return to be accepted, the product must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Be accompanied by the proof of purchase

Return Cost
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Product Replacement
In the event of a defective product or a shipping error, we proceed with replacement of the product.

Products that are not returnable
The following are excluded from the returns policy:

  • Laser Tubes
  • Spindles
  • Inverters
  • CNC machines
  • Materials specified/manufactured according to the customer’s specifications
