NBT30 ER20 Tool Holder, 70 mm Gauge Length

NBT30 taper tool holder with an ER20 collet nose and 70 mm gauge length. The cutter clamps into this, and this is what the spindle grips.

What it fits

Mills and machining centres with a BT30 or NBT30 spindle and an automatic tool changer. The ER20 nose takes collets from 1 to 13 mm, so one collet set covers every common cutter.

What to watch

The nut and ER20 collets are not included. The 70 mm gauge length is measured from the flange face — if your program was written around a different length, the tool will need measuring again.
