Περιγραφή
70×70 mm aluminium plate for finding workpiece zero. Rest it on the material, bring the cutter down, and the moment the two touch the circuit closes and the control records the position. No more paper strip and a good eye.
Wiring
One wire to the plate, the other to the cutter or the machine frame, into the probe input of your control. Works with Estlcam, Beamicon, Eding and anything that takes a dry contact.
What to watch
The plate thickness goes into the control as an offset — without it, zero sits low by the thickness of the plate. The contact face is grooved so chips cannot lift the plate and spoil the reading.
